Return or Exchange
We make our jewelry with a lot of love, dedication and the highest standards and quality. However, we are still human and a production error can occur. In this case we will replace the jewelry immediately. Still, there might be some cases where the jewelry is broken due to mishandling by the customer. In this case we can always repair it for you for a fee and at your shipping cost.

You can return your jewelry within 14 days. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tapeseal still applied. Due to hygienic reasons we will not be able to return your jewelry if it has been worn. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.
