Each piece of jewelry is crafted with care and high-quality standards. In the rare case of a production defect, we will gladly replace your item. Damage caused by improper handling can be repaired for a fee, with shipping costs covered by the customer. Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged or incomplete due to reasons not related to us. While every order is carefully packaged, we recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
